This Hindi Diwas, Microsoft takes the opportunity to encourage the adoption of Office 365 amongst those people who prefer working in their own regional language.

Background:
Microsoft is committed towards breaking down all language barriers across its products to enable more people to use the benefits of computing in their native language. For two decades now, starting with Project Basha in 1998, Microsoft has been consistently working to provide access to computing in local languages across the country. Today Microsoft supports 22 constitutionally recognized Indian languages across its offerings, including Office 365.

Objective
To spread awareness amongst local language users about the fact that Office 365 allows users to work in 22 Indian languages

Target Audience
All individuals across the country who prefer to communicate/work in their respective regional language over English.

Strategy
The short, animated film that does two things: one, it celebrates India’s language diversity; and two, it explores our special relationship with the one language that we grow up with: our mother-tongue.
